Stella Rosa Wines is at the forefront of innovation not only with their unique wine flavors, but with their tenacity and fearlessness to launch products that are out of their usual realm. Stella Rosa’s fun, positive, and playful brand personality is displayed throughout this packaging while also describing the intricate and rich flavors of their newest launch; wine infused coffee.

I drew inspiration from the coffee packaging industry and mixed that with the design elements that display the Stella Rosa flair. Using the hand drawn illustrations and calligraphy such as the “coffee” really gave a custom element to this packaging while still complementing the overall brand style guide.

The reveal of this coffee packaging went better than expected. Stella Rosa fans gravitated towards the innovation of wine infused coffee and loved the packaging as it had a 98% positivity response in a fan survey. In result of the positive feedback, hundreds of packages have also hit the grocery store shelves in selected markets.
